BEFORE your dog can participate in any of our services, you and your pooch need to register and  we will need a copy of your dogs current vaccines. 

 Please click here, register your pet(s), upload their current vaccinations (or have your vet fax them at the number below) and look over all the agreements.  Once we get your dogs vaccinces entered, you will then be able to make reservations, check the records we have on file for your dogs vaccines and so much more! When registering, vaccines can be uploaded directly to your dogs portal OR your can have your veterinarian fax your dog’s current vaccine status to us at (616) 575-3360.
